A former free safety for the Minnesota State University-Moorhead football team, Jayme has had his share of hard work and challenges in his athletic pursuits. His hard-work and commitment pushed him through 2 knee surgeries. As a result, he was able to rejoin his team for four full seasons. This perseverance carries over into his training style.
Jayme holds a Masters Degree from UW-La Crosse and certified as an Exercise Specialist through the ACSM, Crossfit Level-1, and RKC Kettlebell.
Jayme is a wealth of knowledge with a no-nonsense approach to training and coaching. His current passions include coaching Chaska High School football, youth baseball, CrossFit, and developing SPC youth summer camps.
A former high school gymnast and college tennis and track athlete for Minnesota State University-Moorhead, Jodi has spent the last 25 years coaching and educating others as a master pilates trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach, author, and creator of FastCamp 6-week Intermittent Fasting Program.
She holds a Masters Degree from UW-La Crosse, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Board Certified Hoilstic Nutritionist, and Comprehensive Pilates through the PMA.
Jodi Sussner has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities. Her passions include: running, creating healthy and tasty recipes, and strength training. She believes that all athletes and clients have room for improvement and just need the support and push necessary to get there.
